• 11:00 AM: Opening Cacao Ceremony with Jamie Kruse, LCSW
  Begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony led by Jamie Kruse. Cacao, known as “the food of the gods,” is a sacred plant medicine that deepens meditation, fosters emotional connection, and opens the heart space. Jamie will guide participants through an intentional ceremony to ground and align your energy.
• 12:00 PM: Family Constellations with Alicia Acosta and the Zulu1 Group
  Alicia Acosta will lead a Family Constellations session, a powerful group process that uncovers and resolves ancestral patterns and family dynamics. Gain insight into unresolved issues and experience emotional and energetic harmony within your family system.
• 4:15 PM: Sound Healing with Yolanda Lozano
  End the day with Yolanda Lozano’s transformative sound healing session. Using crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, and percussion instruments, Yolanda creates a soundscape designed to relax the body, clear the mind, and align your energetic field.

Yoga mats provided; please bring water, and any items to ensure comfort throughout the day.
