Casting a Historic Vote: Suffrage for Women in Illinois Presenter Jeanne Schultz Angel gives audiences an enlightening look at the history of universal suffrage nationally, and right here in Illinois. She is the Associate Vice President at Naper Settlement and lectures for Oakton Community College and McHenry Community College.
