A full moon brings powerful energy, clarity, and awareness. This is the perfect time to release any pent-up energy, attitudes, wounding, and emotion.

This full moon, The Wolf Moon, takes place across the zodiac in fire sign Leo; and will bring emphasis on creative self-expression.

Leo's energy can leave us striving for the balance between our individual ego and relational needs.

This event will include breathwork, a guided meditation, and a safe space to share and connect with others about what you experienced.
