New Moon Vegan graduated from the Boardwalk Shops in December 2021 and is excited to fulfill their dream of a permanent brick and mortar store in Batavia. New Moon Vegan uses only wholesome ingredients (seasonal and locally-sourced whenever possible) to create sweet and savory plant-based foods. Owner Jo Colagiacomi is passionate about veganizing treasured family recipes with the goal to create versions that are just as delicious - or more so - as the original. Stop by to meet Jo, help her cut the ribbon, network, and then order your favorite treats to go!
