Are you contemplating getting your hip or knee replaced soon? Are you having difficulties and pain completing the daily routine like getting up & down from a chair, walking to the kitchen, doing the laundry? Are you missing out on family get-togethers because of your hip or knee pain? If so, check out our Total Joint workshop to prepare yourself mentally and physically and make the best educated decision for yourself. Come away with comprehensive game plan to prepare yourself.
1. Learn basic stretches and exercises to do before and after surgery
2. Learn basic walking strategies utilizing an assistive device
3. Learn about basic pain management skills you can do to help before and after the surgery.
